Stéphanie Francoise is a freelance journalist and writer specializing in natural history. Her stories have appeared in Terre Sauvage (France), Animan (Switzerland) and National Geographic Italy; she also worked producing exhibitions and editing the pictures used in the Unterthiner photography book projects. Stéphanie, is the author for the text of "The king's odyssey" and "The nights of the bear". Stéphanie travels regularly with Stefano on expeditions to various parts of the globe. Stefano and Stéphanie get married in 2006.
