workshopS (2008) - 2009! |
Our summer workshops 2008 are just finished! Below, some comments from our "students":
21-06-2008
I would like to thank you very much for what it has been a wonderful 9 days of amazing photography opportunities but mainly for your friendly and human approach much different to what I am used to. I am not sure if I have come back with any decent images but I am convinced that I have learned a lot about what nature photography should be about from talking with you and seeing how you move around the forest. Please forgive me if I have been a little bit too anxious in trying to focus too much on photography. This experience has for sure changed my views on many things and I thank you for that. I hope we keep in contact and that we meet again soon...

I enjoyed the days in Finland very much. What a beautiful country.
Thank you very much, dear Stefano, Stefanie and Eero for your good work and very interesting workshop. It was very nice to meet you. No problems, only solutions....

Je voulais vous remercier tous les deux pour tout... ce qu'on a vu, bien sûr, mais aussi l'ambiance, l'accueil, franchement c'était hypercool !

FINLAND - GREAT GREY OWL
Nikon D3 with 14-24 mm (ISO 1600; f/4 and 1/1250 sec.)
|
I spent just few hours with this adult great grey owl, but it was an incredible experience. The chicks had just left the nest, and the female was around looking after them. Fortunately, this female owl was very "friendly", so I was able to shooting at 20 mm as she flies in landing only a metre from where I lie! |
